What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients for low testosterone and ED
- Create and manage customized treatment plans
- Perform on-site procedures (shockwave therapy, P-Shot, injections)
- Educate patients about treatment options and lifestyle optimization
- Maintain accurate and timely EMRs
- Support daily clinic operations and collaborate with the team
- Deliver care in compliance with legal and ethical standards
We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
- 2+ years of experience in urology, endocrinology, family medicine, or a related field
- Strong interest or prior experience in hormone therapy and ED treatments
- Clean malpractice history
- Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Outstanding communication and patient rapport
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with TRT, Gainswave, P-Shot, or Trimix
- Passion for anti-aging and regenerative medicine
- A leadership mindset—this role has potential to grow into a management position
