CRITICAL CARE
- Average Daily Encounter: 22
- 28 ICU Beds
- 24/7 ICU coverage, two 12-hour shifts, and one overlapping 10-hour APP shift
- Critical Care team manages all medical and surgery ICU patients, not trauma ICU patients
- ICU runs codes but not rapid response
- Cardiothoracic surgery program

SALARY
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $70/hour to $116/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k.
