Job Overview
San Sebastian Family Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled & experienced Full Time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team located in Fontana and San Bernardino, CA. We are a well established & family friendly clinic, that is working to provide high quality health and better life to the population of San Bernardino Co and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing health problems and providing quality health care to patients and assisting in theri recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide pediatric/adult care and hospital medicine services
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and knowledge of EHR system, open to learn the use of it
Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Ability to perform pediatric and adult care
- Strong skills in conducting physical examinations and monitoring vital signs
- Excellent data management abilities to maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Currently Licensed and/or Board Certified
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable to see 22-25 patients per day
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
