We are hiring Practitioner roles for a growing Family Medicine private practice that’s been in business for 40+ years with two locations. Primary Care Provider to join our long-standing family practice. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a value-based, team-oriented setting.
Job Description:

- Must hold a PA-C or CNP license.
- Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing. Doctor of Nursing Practice. MSN or DNP (FNP).
- MSPAS Physician Assistant Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Physician Assistant- Certified (PA-C).
Bilingual Preferred:
- Some Medical Spanish or fluent in Spanish is preferred.
Job Details:
- Full-time preferred in a busy family medicine clinic.
- Experience with traditional Family Medicine is desired.
