Job Overview
Vital Vein and Vascular is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing vascular surgery practice in Orange County, CA.
This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced vascular surgeon across clinic, hospital, and outpatient surgical settings.
Schedule Flexibility
Employees will be scheduled on an as-needed (per diem) basis, based on the operational needs of the Practice. We aim to work closely with you to accommodate your availability and provide flexibility in scheduling whenever possible. While there are no minimum or guaranteed hours, this arrangement offers the opportunity for a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vascular surgical procedures (endovascular and open cases)
- Provide inpatient care, hospital rounds, and consultations
- Conduct outpatient clinic visits and post-operative follow-ups
- Perform in-office vein procedures
- Manage vascular conditions including:
- Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)
- Varicose veins
- Dialysis access
- Carotid artery disease
Qualifications / Requirements
- Active California PA or NP license (Required)
- Board Certified (PA-C or NP)
- 1–2 years vascular surgery experience preferred
- At least 2 years medical office or clinical experience (Required)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Language Requirement (Required)
Must be bilingual in at least one of the following:
- Spanish
- Vietnamese
- Chinese
- Korean
Compensation & Benefits
- $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
