Full Job Description
At Seven Bridges, we don’t just offer a “job.” We offer the launchpad for the clinician you are destined to become.
Why Start Your Journey Here?
Here, you aren’t just a license number; you’re a valued colleague.
- Side-by-Side Mentorship: Forget “phone-a-friend” collaboration and support. We provide consistent support from seasoned SLPs who love to teach. Whether you’re navigating a complex ASD case or your first toddler evaluation, we’re right there with you.
- A Culture of “We”: We thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll brainstorm with OTs, PTs, and experienced SLPs who believe that the best outcomes happen when we put our heads together.
- The “Monday Morning” Feeling: Imagine waking up excited for work. Our clinic is a place of laughter, shared wins, and a team that genuinely celebrates your first “breakthrough” moment with a patient as if it were their own.
- A Safety Net for Success: We provide a structured onboarding process and a ramp-up schedule that allows you to find your footing without the burnout.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion over Perfection: We want the clinician who isn’t afraid to ask “why?” and is hungry to learn.
- Heart: Someone who views speech therapy as a way to give people their voices and lives back.
- Team Players: If you love sharing ideas and helping others succeed, you’ll fit right in.
- Confidence not Cockiness: We love people who are comfortable in their own skin, know what they know and know what they don’t know and aren’t afraid to ask for guidance and above all, are forever open to learning. Cockiness won’t do, that when someone thinks they already know it all, no thanks!

**********************************************************************
*Are you tired of compromising your ethics and your moral fabric to appease a government agency?
*Do you wallow in unnecessary paperwork using antiquated systems and a protocol that was designed 50 years ago?
*Is your caseload so large and unorganized that you barely have time to say. “Hello” and “Goodbye,” much less actually treat and evaluate?
*Do you end each day wondering if you did any good?
I’ve been there!!! Working as an independent contractor and employee in the schools for my first 5 years made me question my value. The sheer lack of support, massive caseloads, red tape and horrible working conditions drained me of my true passion and desire to be the Bad Ass Clinician I aspired to be….So… I quit!!!
I knew that with my training and experience, I could truly change lives and make a lasting imprint on all the kids and families that needed me. So, I took the power back! Thus, Seven Bridges Therapy was born.
25 years later, we have 13 Northern California Locations and a robust infrastructure dedicated to helping as many clients and their families as humanly possible. We continue to grow and evolve with the invaluable team we have all built together. I love going to work each day knowing that I can lead a team of Clinicians just like me toward the unlimited possibilities ahead.
We are strong independent people who care about each other and the important work that we do. We spare no expense when it comes to creating and maintaining a culture that fosters individual and collective growth as we support each other.
We are flexible in so many ways. We encourage each employee to feed their soul and shoot for the stars.
So, if you are tired of selling your soul for a paycheck, coming home frustrated and sick to your stomach, constantly being undermined and compromising yourself for an unrealistic expectation, do what we did. Take your power back and allow us to show you what you are truly capable of.
Our systems are state of the art from top to bottom. Our Clinicians are our top priority. Our Clinical Infrastructure with extensive standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions, Human Resources, Therapy and Evaluation Tools, Practice Management Software and highly skilled administrative staff are meticulously designed to support us so we, as clinicians, can dedicate our valuable time and expertise providing the best possible treatment.
If any of this rings true for you and you are ready to be part of a well developed team dedicated to being the best version of ourselves as we work together toward a common goal, reach out and lets talk about a future that truly matters.
We offer unparalleled:
*SUPPORT
*COLLABORATION
*BENEFITS
