Schedule

  • Full-Time, Permanent
  • 10-hour shifts:
    • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver in-home acute care services
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Treat common to complex illnesses and injuries across all age groups
  • Perform minor procedures including:
    • Suturing
    • Splinting
    • Wound care
    • IV fluids and medication administration
    • Point-of-care lab testing
  • Coordinate follow-up care and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
  • Navigate sensitive conversations including goals of care and end-of-life discussions
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Uphold high standards of safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of APP experience in:
    • Emergency Room
    • Urgent Care
  • Current unrestricted NP or PA license in California
  • National Board Certification
  • DEA + Prescriptive Authority
  • BLS required (ACLS preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Comfortable working in a mobile care environment
  • Able to lift/carry equipment up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed
