Internal Medicine Physician – Concierge Medicine Practice in the Bay Area

The Opportunity:
Clear path to leadership and ownership within 2–3 years. Train alongside the founding physician (retiring in 2 years), then step into a thriving, profitable practice with the backing, infrastructure, and capital of Blue Angel, a platform dedicated to supporting and connecting concierge medicine clinics – Ownership upside, without personal financial risk.
What You’ll Do:
- Care for a focused panel (200–400 patients)
- 4–8 patients/day, 1-hour visits
- Build deep, long-term patient relationships
- Practice true preventive, personalized medicine

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $275,000.00 – $325,000.00 per year
