Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing healthcare team in a fast-paced family practice and urgent care environment. This opportunity is ideal for entry-level to mid-level providers seeking hands-on clinical experience, professional growth, and mentorship within a collaborative medical setting.

Our clinic is led by an Air Force veteran, trained military Civil Surgeon, and medical specialist with more than 40 years of clinical expertise and patient care experience. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced providers while developing strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient management skills.

The Nurse Practitioner position will serve as a primary clinical resource for women’s health services, including preventative care, PAP smears, gynecological evaluations, and women’s wellness consultations. Female candidates are encouraged to apply due to patient comfort and service demographics; however, the clinic is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on gender or protected status.

The Physician Assistant position will focus heavily on urgent care patient flow, evaluation and treatment of acute conditions, and assisting supervising providers with clinical operations and procedural support.

Spanish bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, though bilingual ability is not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, training, certifications, and clinical background.
