Full Job Description
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to assist with established PM&R practice based out of various skilled nursing facilities. Position is full-time.
The role requires travel to facilities in the Los Angeles Area (Koreatown, Gardena) with flexibility for some remote work from home. Some flexibility is possible with your scheduling.
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified, you will be responsible for conducting physical examinations focusing on pain/rehabilitative management, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, review of patient charts, prescribing medication, and developing and implementing treatment plans. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified license
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active DEA license
- **Must be fluent in Korean to hold medical conversations**
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently with tech-based communication and charting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Experience in skilled nursing/geriatric care is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites

Pay: $145,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
