Full Job Description
Inspire Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to serve as a lead PA, on the Surgical ICU service, including serving as a teacher and mentor for residents, students and other PA’s that serves the growing population of Fresno, CA at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC).
CRMC is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the Central Valley of California, serving a large and diverse patient population. CRMC is a teaching institution affiliated with UCSF Fresno’s surgical residency program, making it an ideal environment for collaborative learning opportunities and professional development.
The PA will have at least 3 plus years of Intensive Care unit Experience. They will participate in the initial assessment and stabilization of ICU patients as well as performing daily rounds on admitted patients. Procedures performed include tube thoracostomy, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and wound management.

This position is based in Fresno, California – a city with a quality of life that is uniquely Californian, yet affordable. Requirements:
- At least 3 years plus of ICU experience
- Current or Eligibility to obtain a California Physician Assistant License
- Graduate of ARC-PA Accredited Physician Assistant Program is required
- Certified NCCPA Certification
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Salary: $150,000-$180,000+, based on ICU experience.
The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity.
