PREMIER PODIATRY AND ORTHOPEDICS is a growing medical practice with offices in in Carmichael, Roseville and Folsom, CA. We are professional and agile and looking to grow!
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries- Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repairs- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication prescriptions and physical therapy referrals- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post-operative care- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
-Work under MD/Orthopedic Surgeon
Skills:- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal system- PA certification with specialization in orthopedics preferred- Proficiency in medical coding and documentation for accurate billing and insurance claims- Experience working with electronic health record systems, such as Athena Health
