Full Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Physician Assistant with a strong orthopedic interest and experience to join our medical team. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to provide patient care, diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, and assist in orthopedic surgeries.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Successful completion of an accredited physician assistant program
  • Current state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong orthopedic interest and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct orthopedic patient assessments and obtain medical histories
  • Order and interpret orthopedic diagnostic tests
  • Assist in developing and implementing orthopedic treatment plans
  • Perform orthopedic procedures such as casting, splinting, and wound care
  • Educate orthopedic patients and their families on healthcare maintenance
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date orthopedic patient records
  • Adhere to all laws, regulations, and facility policies
