Working directly alongside our Longevity Medical Director, you will play a central role in delivering a high-touch, concierge medicine experience centered on preventative care, advanced diagnostics, and cutting-edge wellness.
**Role Description**
The Nurse Practitioner is a full-time, on-site position based in Beverly Hills, CA. This role provides direct patient care, including conducting comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and performing follow-up evaluations. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff to integrate imaging results into patient care and ensure continuity across services. Daily responsibilities include educating patients on their conditions and treatment options, documenting encounters in the electronic health record, managing prescriptions and referrals, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. The role also requires participation in interdisciplinary case discussions and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in diagnostic and preventive care.
**Qualifications**
* Consult with patients to review comprehensive Cardiovascular Longevity results.
* Evaluate patients for suitability and administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy (specialized clinical training provided by our staff psychiatrist).
* Deliver an exceptional, high-end patient experience with a warm, attentive, and professional bedside manner.
* Maintain multi-state licensure (sponsored by SimonMed) to support ongoing patient care care continuity.
* Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California and national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC) or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program; advanced training or experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related specialty preferred.
* Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care in outpatient or clinic settings.
* Ability to interpret diagnostic and imaging results, integrate findings into care plans, and collaborate effectively with radiologists and other specialists.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, shared decision-making, and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Proficiency with electronic health records and comfort using technology and data to support care quality, safety, and workflow efficiency.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, preventive care, and culturally responsive, inclusive patient care for diverse populations.
* Experience in high-volume clinics or health-tech environments is beneficial; familiarity with AI-enhanced diagnostics is a plus.
