Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Primary Care | No-Chart Environment
PrimaCare, Inc. – Tempe, AZFull-Time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM–5 PM | No Nights/Weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Care / Family Medicine services: wellness exams, acute visits, chronic care
- Diagnose & treat conditions; order/interpret labs, imaging, ECGs
- Manage chronic diseases: diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, CAD, thyroid disorders, depression/anxiety
- Deliver preventive care: screenings, immunizations, lifestyle counseling
- Use AI-powered documentation (Sunoh.ai) with eClinicalWorks (eCW EMR)
- Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and patient communication (telehealth/phone)
- Participate in quality improvement, value-based care, and team-based care models
Qualifications
- Active Arizona NP or PA license
- NP: AANP or ANCC certification
- PA: NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice preferred
- Comfortable with EHR/EMR systems (eClinicalWorks a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
