Full Job Description

Bloom Reproductive Institute is currently seeking candidates for a Fertility Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant. Candidates should be passionate about women’s health, and have a strong focus on optimal patient care.

Two years of experience in either women’s health or fertility is preferred. Experience in performing ultrasounds would be beneficial.

Job duties include:

  • Fertility treatment cycle coordination and patient monitoring visits
  • Perform routine gynecological exams as needed, interpret and communicate laboratory values/test results, and timely clinical documentation
  • Perform routine fertility procedures such as TV ultrasounds, sonohysterograms, intrauterine insemination, endometrial biopsy, and cervical blocks
  • Collaborate with physician in implementing fertility evaluation and treatment plans appropriate to individual patients
  • Patient education throughout treatment cycles, including counseling in fertility treatments (consents, medications and injection instructions), pregnancy, and general health education
  • Review and interpret diagnostic and treatment lab results for patients.
  • Evaluate and assess patients as needed throughout treatment for response to fertility treatment/medications/adverse effects/complications of therapy
  • Assist with and manage patients undergoing fertility procedures, including pre/post-op assessments
