Full Job Description

Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant

Vascular & Interventional Partners (ViP) is Arizona’s only comprehensive Interventional Radiology private practice. ViP is a growing, multi-specialty radiology practice with 7 radiologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APP), providing comprehensive imaging services in inpatient and outpatient settings. The group currently covers two sites: Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (a 700+ bed Level 1 Trauma Center), as well as an Office-Based Lab (OBL) in North Scottsdale. In the hospital, high-level procedures including Stroke Thrombectomy, TIPS placement, trauma embolization, and complex venous reconstruction are routine.

Candidates must be willing to provide care in both the hospital and the outpatient site of service. Under the direction of a supervising physician, the APP will be responsible for performing image-guided procedures, including but not limited to venous access, biopsies, paracentesis, and tube exchanges.
