Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Spanish Speaking)
Locations: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $100k – $140k (Depending on experience)
Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis (100% Coverage), Malpractice Coverage, PTO/Sick (1 Week CME, 2 Weeks Vacation), License Reimbursement
Our primary care and family medicine clinic in Phoenix is searching for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. Operating in the heart of Phoenix, our practice is evolving to better serve our community.
This person must be fluent in Spanish, there will be no exceptions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, encompassing medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a range of common family medicine conditions, promoting health within the context of the whole family.
- Create personalized treatment strategies, incorporating medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and current medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in family medicine and primary care.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Arizona State License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, enabling you to practice in the state.
- Possess experience or a compelling interest in family medicine and primary care.
- Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive patient interactions and effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care that considers the unique needs of each individual.
