Position: Pain Management Nurse Practitioner
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Full Time
Salary: $100k – $160k / year

Education:
- Graduated from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners
License(s):
- AZ State License
- Valid AZ DEA with Schedule II- IV DEA
Experience:
- Evaluation & management for chronic pain conditions
- Familiarity with Surgical Intervention for Musculoskeletal Diagnosis/Conditions
- Epidurals, MBB, RFA
- Spinal Cord Stimulation
- Vertebral Augmentation
- Vertiflex
- MILD
- Medication Management with Controlled Substances & Medications
- Examines patient and performs a comprehensive physical exam, and complies medical data including health history and results of physical examination
- Administers or orders diagnostic test, lab tests and interprets test results for deviations from normal
- Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes and assists in provision of continuity of care

Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
