Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonus Opportunity: Productivity-based model, with total earnings potential up to $225,000/year

About YouYou’re a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong clinical instincts and a desire to deepen your skill set in both outpatient and surgical orthopedic care. Whether you’re an experienced provider or a new graduate with the right mindset, you value accountability, adaptability, and patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and develop treatment plans for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, joint injections, wound care, and follow-up visits
- Assist with orthopedic surgical procedures as needed in the ASC setting
- Round on post-surgical patients and support hospital discharge planning
- Triage patient calls and respond to urgent concerns, including CPR if required
- Educate patients and caregivers about procedures, treatment expectations, and recovery
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, surgical staff, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (programs in Puerto Rico are not eligible)
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
- NP First Assist training preferred (if applicable), per AORN standards
- Prior orthopedic or surgical experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
