Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Gilbert AZ (20 miles SE of Phoenix) 4-day work week! We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established medical office full-time in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has at least 2 years’ experience in either Orthopedic, Neurology, PM& R, or Pain Management. The incoming PA/NP will play a central role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing non opioid management, and coordination of care for individuals with acute and chronic pain conditions. This includes direct patient care, procedural support, documentation, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and state/federal regulations. Our office is a well-established with a great patient base with a steady inflow of new and existing patients. We offer compassionate care with our complex patients with med management and office procedures such as TPI’s, joint injections, IV therapies with a few additional injection options. Duties:

- Performing HPI’s, orthopedic exams, and evaluations
- Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans
- Treatments to include performing injections (Trigger Point and Large Joint Injections, regen med injection) and different therapies (Prolotherapy, Radial Pulse Wave Therapy (RPW) and NeuroProlo therapy/PIT)- We will provide training
- Utilizing ultrasound diagnostics and needle guidance when indicated
- Conducting allergy testing and prescribing immunotherapy
- Overseeing physical therapy protocols (stretching, strengthening, posture training)
- Ordering imaging studies and non-opioid acute care prescriptions
- Dispensing Durable Medical Equipment and home rehabilitation kits
- Performing re-examinations and adjusting care plans as needed
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- PA/NP Licensed to practice in AZ
- 2 years’ Experience in orthopedics, PM&R, pain management, or integrated medical care within an outpatient setting
- Active DEA number
- Medicare credentialed in AZ
Schedule:
- Full time -Monday – Thursday
- 4-day work week =3-day weekends- every weekend!
Salary (range):
- $130k-$140k annually (DOE) plus quarterly bonuses
