Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physician assistant to join our team as a key member of our medical spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing injections and overseeing all medical aspects of our spa services. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of our treatments while delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:Perform cosmetic injections, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures, in accordance with established protocols and best practices.Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and desired outcomes.Ensure the highest standards of safety and infection control are maintained throughout all procedures.Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic medicine, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.Collaborate effectively with other team members, including aestheticians, receptionists, and medical professionals, to deliver seamless and comprehensive client care.Provide education and guidance to clients on pre- and post-procedure care, as well as potential side effects and expected results.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and client profiles.Uphold the spa’s commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.

Qualifications:Valid physician assistant license and current certification in the state of Alaska.Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic principles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of aesthetic medicine.Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
