**Job Title: Cardiology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner**

Anley Cardiovascular is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing outpatient cardiovascular practice. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and an interest in providing high-quality cardiovascular care.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate new, established, hospital follow-up, and post-procedure patients
• Perform cardiovascular-focused histories and physical examinations
• Manage common cardiovascular conditions including hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hyperlipidemia, and vascular disease
• Review EKGs, laboratory results, echocardiograms, stress tests, vascular studies, and cardiac/event-monitor reports
• Manage and refill cardiovascular medications within authorized scope of practice
• Identify abnormal or urgent findings and coordinate care with the cardiologist
• Provide patient education regarding medications, cardiovascular conditions, testing, procedures, and risk-factor modification
• Coordinate care with physicians, hospitals, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Education:

Physician Assistant:

Must be a graduate of a PA program formally approved by the Florida Board of Medicine for the education of physician assistants. Programs are accredited on behalf of the American Medical Association by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physician Assistant license
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Cardiology or cardiovascular experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• EHR experience required; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus

Nurse Practitioner:

Must be a graduate of a nursing program conducted in a school, college, or university formally approved by the Florida Board of Nursing for the education of nurses. Must have successfully completed a formal post basic education program of at least one academic year, the primary purpose of which is to prepare nurses for advanced or specialized practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN/Nurse Practitioner license
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national NP certification
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Cardiology or cardiovascular experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• EHR experience required; eClinicalWorks experience is a plus

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Experience:
