**compassionate Nurse Practitioner**

**Physician Assistant**
to join a well-established, multi-subspecialty group serving the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years. This position is primarily based at
**St. Joseph’s Hospital**
and includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with a focus on
**adult congenital heart disease**
.

**Position Highlights**
* Provide comprehensive, team-based care for adults with congenital heart disease in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Conduct and document thorough initial and follow-up physical examinations, including assessment and ongoing management of ACHD patients.
* Work as part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease team, in close collaboration with a broad network of specialty services.
* Support pre- and post-operative management of complex congenital heart patients in coordination with interventional and surgical APPs.
* Promote health and coordinate care for patients and families through education, anticipatory guidance, and engagement in lifelong congenital heart disease management—including communication with referring providers as appropriate.
* Contribute to program development, maintenance of ACHD accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
* Eligible for or licensed in Florida as an APRN or PA-C.
* Experience in Congenital Heart experience required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient education and advocacy.
