Monarch Beauty Aesthetics is looking for a motivated, personable, and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established Chattanooga aesthetic practice.

We’re looking for more than someone who simply wants to inject. We want a provider who is excited to utilize and leverage social medial to build a clientele, create strong patient relationships, grow their aesthetic skill set, and become an active part of the Monarch brand.

Experience is always preferred, however, the ideal candidate is one with high potential, ambitious, proactive, comfortable on camera, willing to create content, and who is excited to build a client patient base. Duties:- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and goals.- Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, fillers, and other injectables.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and treatments used in the clinic.- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and follow up with clients as necessary.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met and that the clinic is running efficiently.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of aesthetic treatments and continue to develop skills and knowledge to provide the best possible services to clients. -Educate patients and develop long-term treatment relationships.

Skills:- Must hold current NP/PA Tennessee licensure

– Must hold BLS certification

– Must hold certification in Botox and Dermal Fillers- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.- Proficiency with social media management to promote the clinic and engage with clients.- Ability to work effectively with others and provide guest services that exceed client expectations.- Familiarity with hospitality principles to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience:

• Injecting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• TN NP/PA License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
