Ally Clinics is a growing primary care practice and we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care
- Conduct physical exams, assess patient histories, and order appropriate diagnostic testing
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
- Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
- Follow evidence-based guidelines and current best practices
Requirements
- NP or PA degree
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Valid DEA registration in good standing
- At least 1 year of NP or PA experience
- Able to see patients of all ages
- Valid BLS (AHA) certification
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain all required licenses, registrations, and certifications
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable federal, state, and clinic standards
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times

Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
