As an advanced practice provider, you will have responsibilities to round in post acute facilities for 2-3 times a week as agreed upon. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Rounding and charting on post acute patients. Work closely with other providers within and outside our group. Qualifications Valid state licensing required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Pulmonary medicine
