NP/PA — Home Visits | $150/visit | 1099 PRN | Set Your Own Schedule
The Gig: Home-based post-acute recovery care. You see patients in their homes after hospital discharge — post-surgical, IV antibiotics, wound VAC, and recovery monitoring. $150 per visit. 1099. You build your own schedule.Perfect side income for APPs with a full-time role who want flexible, high-impact work.
What You’ll Do:
- Home visits for post-acute recovery patients
- Assess and manage post-surgical patients; monitor surgical sites
- Oversee IV antibiotic therapy; write line management orders for nursing (PICC/midline)
- Manage wound VAC (NPWT) and write treatment orders
- Supervise nursing and therapy; track recovery progress
- Catch signs of infection early and act fast
- Document clearly and on time
You Bring:
- Active NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Board certification
- Sharp clinical judgment and independence
- Comfort working in patients’ homes
Bonus Points For:
- Post-acute, home health, or SNF experience
- Wound care / NPWT background
- IV antibiotic and central line management experience

Pay: $120.00 – $150.00 per hour
