Full Job Description
Harpeth Valley Health is an integrated practice that delivers integrated healthcare with integrity, while being passionate for patient advocacy and the health & wellness of our community. We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will function as an independent healthcare provider while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. The practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic medical conditions in both a primary care, and urgent care setting that includes telehealth medicine. The practitioner will demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients and will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients. The use of regenerative medicine with products such as stem cells and peptides and the treatment and management of musculoskeletal disorders along with the application of durable medical equipment.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
