Overview
We are a premier Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, serving a discerning, high net-worth clientele. We are expanding our services to include aesthetic treatments and are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow an elite aesthetics offering within a well-established, luxury clinical environment.
The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and personable with a warm bedside manner and a passion for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes. You will play a key role in developing long-term patient relationships and growing a high-value client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, adhering to established protocols and safety standards
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess goals, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans
- Build and nurture a loyal, high-value clientele
- Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a luxury-level patient experience
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control practices in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Meet individual treatment and revenue goals
- Actively participate in practice marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and content creation
- Manage patient records accurately using available software
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance
- Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, appointment scheduling and retail product demos
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time with flexible days and hours
- $50-60/hr with tiered performance-based incentives

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with aesthetic injections
- Demonstrated expertise with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong working knowledge of SkinBetter and SkinMedica skincare lines
- Active medical malpractice insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury patient base
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
