Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This role will primarily support our existing client base during a temporary maternity leave coverage period, with the clear intention that the right candidate will transition into a permanent position once our current injector returns.
We are looking for someone who wants long-term stability and growth with our practice — not just a short-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dermal filler and injectable treatments with precision and artistry using Merz products
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess facial anatomy, and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow all safety and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience
- Stay current on advanced injection techniques and industry best practices
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as NP or PA
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with dermal fillers and injectables (strong preference for 2+ years)
- Experience with Merz injectable products preferred
- Excellent facial assessment skills and an artistic eye for natural results
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced med spa environment
- Current BLS certification preferred
