Overview
Palm Health is partnering with a premier cardiothoracic surgery hospital just outside of Los Angeles in need of a certified cardiothoracic surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

- Location: Located just north of Downtown LA, great opportunity to live in one of the premium suburbs of Los Angeles while still being nearby
- Growth: Spend majority of your time in the Operating Room. Minimal Rounding. Great opportunity diversify skillset working with multiple surgeons and APPs
- Compensation: All housing, travel, malpractice covered by Palm Health along with a a rate of $150-$160 per hour
Duties
- Perform endoscopic vein harvesting for coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) procedures
- First assist in cardiovascular surgical cases
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care management
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active licensure or ability to obtain California licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Case logs available to display experience in endoscopic vein harvesting
Pay: $150.00 – $160.00 per hour
