Bella Viságe Medical & Aesthetic Rejuvenation is a physician-led medical aesthetics practice located in beautiful Downtown Lakeland, FL. Since 2015, we have built a reputation for exceptional, results-driven care in a warm, boutique environment where clients feel known, cared for, and confident in their treatment plan.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Injector to join our growing provider team on a part-time basis, with real potential to expand into a larger schedule and future leadership role.
This is not an entry-level injector position. We are looking for a confident, licensed provider who already has hands-on experience with neurotoxins and fillers, understands the importance of safe and natural-looking outcomes, and is excited to grow inside a high-standard, relationship-driven practice.
This role reports to our Practice Manager and works under the direction of our supervising medical provider.
About the Role
As a Medical Injector at Bella Viságe, you will provide aesthetic medical services while delivering the elevated client experience our practice is known for.
Depending on your experience, training, and scope of practice, services may include:
- Neurotoxin injections, including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, or similar products
- Dermal filler treatments
- Sculptra and biostimulatory injectables
- Aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
- IPL photofacials
- Virtue RF microneedling
- CoolPeel CO2 and advanced skin resurfacing treatments
- PICO laser services, including PICO Glow and tattoo removal
- Weight loss and wellness-related consultations, where appropriate
- Pre-treatment and post-treatment education
- Client follow-up and results tracking

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be expected to:
- Perform safe, precise, and natural-looking injectable treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients clearly without pressure or over-selling
- Build long-term relationships with clients and help them feel confident in their plan
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation
- Follow Bella Viságe clinical protocols and service standards
- Take before-and-after photos when appropriate
- Support membership growth and treatment-plan-based client retention
- Stay on schedule and use provider room time efficiently
- Collaborate with reception, medical assistants, aestheticians, and leadership
- Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Represent Bella Viságe with warmth, professionalism, and clinical excellence
Who This Role Is For
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Are an RN, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or otherwise properly licensed medical provider in Florida
- Have real-world aesthetic injecting experience
- Are confident performing neurotoxin treatments independently
- Have experience with dermal fillers or are highly competent and actively growing in that area
- Care deeply about patient safety, facial balance, and natural-looking outcomes
- Have strong consultation skills and can explain treatment recommendations clearly
- Are dependable, professional, and emotionally mature
- Enjoy working in a boutique, relationship-based practice

Who This Role Is Not For
This is not the right role if you:
- Are brand new to injecting and need to be trained from the ground up
- Only have certification-course experience without real client treatment experience
- Prefer high-volume, transactional aesthetics over relationship-based care
- Are uncomfortable with sales conversations, treatment planning, or client education
- Struggle with documentation, schedule discipline, or team communication
- Want to operate independently without following established protocols
- Are not open to feedback, training, or performance standards
Bella Viságe is a growing practice, but we are not trying to grow by lowering our standards. We are looking for the right fit — clinically, culturally, and professionally.
Experience & Requirements
Required:
- Active Florida license as an RN, NP/APRN, PA, or other approved medical provider
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience preferred
- Experience with neurotoxin injections required
- Dermal filler experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Professional communication and client consultation skills
- Ability to document accurately and follow clinical protocols
- Dependable schedule availability
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with Sculptra or biostimulatory injectables
- Experience with CO2, IPL, RF microneedling, or other energy-based devices
- Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine setting
- Interest in future leadership, training, or department-level responsibility
- Comfort with memberships, treatment plans, and long-term client care models
Schedule
This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow based on performance, demand, provider fit, and schedule availability.
Potential schedules may include weekdays, evenings, or select expanded hours as the practice grows.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, scope of services, productivity, and role fit.
Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and may include a combination of hourly pay, service-based incentives, or performance-based opportunities depending on experience and responsibilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
