Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing orthopedic team. This full-time, on-site position offers opportunities across multiple Greater Los Angeles locations, including Thousand Oaks, Culver City, Encino, Hollywood, and San Pedro.

The role involves close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons in both clinical and surgical settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in orthopedic care, including patient evaluation and post-operative management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room and during in-office procedures
  • Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and lab work
  • Obtain and document comprehensive medical histories
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative care
  • Conduct post-operative follow-ups and monitor patient recovery
  • Collaborate with surgical and clinical team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Valid California PA license
  • 1+ year of orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and orthopedic conditions
  • Experience assisting in orthopedic surgical procedures
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
