Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Odessa, TX clinic. You will deliver full-scope primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends, no call.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute visits for all ages.
- Diagnose and treat common family practice conditions: diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, URI, UTI, etc.
- Order/interpret labs and imaging, prescribe medications, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform well-woman exams, pediatric visits, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and DOT physicals as needed.
- Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EHR system.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license with FNP certification required.
- DEA license and Texas prescriptive authority required or eligible.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Family Practice, Primary Care, or Urgent Care preferred. New grads with strong clinical rotations considered.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in EHR systems.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus.
