Position in METRO ATLANTA on South side in Stockbridge
Responsibilities:
– Provide endocrinology care services to Adult patients
– Develop and implement pre-defined endocrine patient care plans
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
– Prescribe medications and administer treatments
– Ensure that prescriptions are sent same day and charting is completed same day
– Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
– Collaborate with on site Endocrinologist to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
– Team player with a good attitude of learning and gratitude and working along side Chief Endocrinologist and another provider
Skills:
– Preffered proficiency in Endocrinology
– Strong knowledge of medical systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and medical coding (ICD-10). Knowledge of Eclnicalworks is preferred
– Excellent patient care skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
– Competence in medication administration, including dosage calculations and proper administration techniques

The ideal candidate will have experience in Endocrinology, patient care, medical coding and Eclinicalworks.
