Overview
Master Crafter Tile & Bath is a veteran-owned bathroom remodeling company serving Flower Mound, Southlake, Colleyville, and surrounding DFW communities. We specialize in premium bathroom renovations with a strong focus on craftsmanship, waterproofing, and high-end finishes. We are looking for a skilled, reliable full-time tile installer who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent year-round projects.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, lay, and grout tiles with precision on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate underlayment or adhesive materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tile cutting, trimming, caulking, and fixture installation
- Assist with related tasks such as demolition, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and water damage restoration when needed
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal on-site
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tile laying, flooring installation, or related construction work
- Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading techniques
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, cutters, levels, caulking guns, and power tools including drills and saws
- Familiarity with schematics, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and restoration processes is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and industry best practices
- Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or water damage restoration is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
