We are currently seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Temple, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for testosterone deficiency and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician
- Evaluate and treat erectile dysfunction and other men’s health concerns
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Review and interpret laboratory results
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle optimization
- Administer injections including testosterone, peptides, vitamin therapies, and PRP treatments
- Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants and front office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Help deliver an exceptional patient experience and support clinic growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulations
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Texas
- Active DEA license and controlled substance registration
- Minimum 3 years of NP or PA clinical experience preferred
- Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, family medicine, internal medicine, or wellness medicine preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- No current or pending malpractice actions

Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour
