Position SummaryRadiant Vascular Institute, PC is seeking a patient-centric, positive, Medical Assistant / Administrative Assistance to support our rapidly growing Office-Based Lab (OBL). This role combines front-office coordination with hands-on clinical and procedural support in a fast-paced vascular practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient intake, check-in, scheduling, and phone support
- Insurance verification, prior authorizations, referrals, and documentation
- Prepare patients for vascular/minimally invasive procedures
- Pre- and post-procedure patient care and education
- Electronic medical record documentation and regulatory compliance support
Experience
- Experience in an OBL, vascular, surgical, or procedural setting preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately support clinical procedures
- Experience with EHR systems for documentation and patient record management
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to ensure readiness for emergency situations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
