Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Spine, Pain, and Neuro Care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations related to spine, pain, and neurological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Perform procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and other pain management interventions
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education on condition management and prevention
  • Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay current with advancements in pain management, neurology, and spine care to incorporate best practices

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred
  • Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
  • Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
