Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with expertise in various medical fields such as internal medicine, behavioral health, and home care. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services in diverse settings, including assisted living facilities and medical offices.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care across various settings, including Level I Trauma Centers.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Experience

  • A Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant state licensure.
  • Experience in infection control practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of physiology and clinical research methodologies is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in home care or assisted living environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internal medicine practices and behavioral health issues will enhance candidate suitability.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $102,679.09 – $123,656.54 per year
