We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality primary and urgent care services, ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and comprehensive medical history reviews, to develop accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise and timely clinical records within the eClinicalWorks (EHR) system.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical safety standards.
- Procedures: Perform essential clinical procedures, including suturing, Incision & Drainage (I&D), ECG interpretation, and Pap smears.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Texas Physician Assistant license with current NCCPA certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in primary care or family medicine is preferred.
Schedule & Environment
- Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week.
- Work Schedule: 80 hours per pay period (bi-weekly) with alternating weekends.
Pay: $110,844.48 – $133,490.13 per year
