What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced clinical evaluation and treatment in acute and emergent settings
  • Support inpatient, ED, and specialty service line coverage as needed
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on complex patient cases
  • Respond to fluctuating clinical needs across the system with agility and expertise
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under variable and high-demand conditions

Work Experience

  • Certified Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical experience in acute care, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice
  • Ability to function confidently in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
  • Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional patient care under pressure
