Neurology office looking for an in-office APRN or Physician Assistant with minimum of one year experience. Looking for candidate who is knowledgeable, caring of patient needs and has a Florida medical license to practice. Provider is expected to see 24 patients a day. Bilingual a plus. Must be wiling to travel to offices in St Cloud, Poinciana, Oakland, 4 Corners and Dr Phillips areas tolls and mileage will be reimbursed) . IMMEDIATE OPENING
Salary starts at $110,000.00 per year depending on experience. (plus reimbursement of any tolls and mileage)
Possibility of rounding at local hospitals if candidate interested

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
Join our expanding outpatient neurology team in Central Florida. We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to provide exceptional care across our clinics in St. Cloud, Poinciana, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Garden.
Job Description:
Must be U.S. trained
- Provide in-office patient care in a fast-paced neurology setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of neurological conditions
- Collaborate closely with supervising neurologists and other staff
- Must be knowledgeable, patient-focused, and reliable
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- (OPTIONAL – For additional income) rounding on neurology patients at designated hospitals for extra pay
- Coordinate with attending neurologist
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with the office
- Flexibility in schedule
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or APRN program
- Current PA-C, APRN certification
- Active and unrestricted Florida license PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Current and unrestricted Florida license (APRN or PA)
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred but not mandatory in a clinical setting (neurology preferred)
- Prior experience in neurology preferred, but new grads with strong interest in neurology are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage a full patient load efficiently and compassionately
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and physical exams
- Obtain and review patient histories and medical records
- Order diagnostic studies such as MRI, CT, EEG, EMG
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state licensure
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR
- Participate in inpatient rounds or outpatient clinics, depending on setting
- Collaborate with physician
