Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. Family Practice Associates in Broomfield, CO is looking for the right candidate. We have been in business since 1970 and thriving well. We are a private practice office with no coorporate control. The flexibility of this model offers freedom and flexibility in many realms.
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care in the outpatient setting. Your expertise will support acute and chronic disease management, perform physical examinations, and assist in diagnostic evaluations.
Parttime or fulltime. One in 6 weekend call. No hospital or ER duties. EMR is E-clinical works.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a passion for patient-centered care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical histories using advanced clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, laboratory data collection, and interpret ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation.
- Provide telehealth consultations leveraging telemedicine platforms to extend care access in the outpatient setting.
- Valid certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to perform physical examinations confidently in fast-paced settings. Pay: $55.00 – $80.00 per hour
