Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — AFC Urgent Care | Boulder County, CO | Full-Time
Compensation: $65–$75/hr base + monthly performance bonuses up to $20/hr additional (total ceiling ~$95/hr)

The Practice
Four clinics across Boulder County (Louisville, two Boulder locations, and Longmont). Fast-paced, high-volume, and genuinely rewarding. On-site digital X-ray, CLIA-approved lab with CBC and CMP POC testing, and an AI scribe that is intuitive and easy to use so charting doesn’t eat your day.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Interpret X-rays (first reads) and EKGs
- Document accurately with AI scribe support
- Participate in new service lines as we grow
- Collaborate closely with an experienced provider team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed NP or PA in Colorado
- 1+ year NP/PA experience (urgent care preferred)
- Active DEA license
- Willingness to obtain DOT and Workers Comp certifications (Must have within 90 days)
- Strong clinical judgment and genuine team orientation

Schedule
Full-time: 30–40 hours/week Monday–Friday: 8am–8pm Saturday–Sunday: 8am–5pm Two weekend shifts per month required
