Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Dermatology for our client in Georgia!
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time outpatient clinical coverage for dermatology patients.
- Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on skin-related conditions.
- See an average of 10-12 patients per shift.
- Attend on-site clinical hours at the facility.
- Utilize Epic EMR for all patient charting and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status.
- Active Georgia state medical license.
- Prior professional experience in a dermatology setting.
- Comfortability in managing a specialized dermatology patient panel.
Schedule
- Coverage dates: 5/28/2026 – 8/31/2026.
- Shift times: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Total focus: Clinical hours only (no call requirements specified).
- Credentialing timeframe: 21 days.
Skills
- Proficiency in outpatient dermatology care.
- Expertise in treating and managing various skin-related conditions.
- Technical proficiency with Epic EMR systems.
- Strong patient communication and panel management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume outpatient setting.
All travel expenses are reimbursed by our client and Orchard covers malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
