Responsibilities
- Conduct a good faith examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiology evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized hormone therapy plans, including injection administration and medication management
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems like CharmEHR to ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans
- Educate patients on hormone therapy protocols, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching strategies to promote adherence and optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current state certification
- Proven experience in hormone therapy clinics or related outpatient settings with a focus on patient care and assessment
- Skilled in performing clinical procedures including injections and phlebotomy
- Excellent communication skills for patient education

Pay: $88,897.55 – $107,059.41 per year
