Join our team as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in developing an outpatient CHF clinic, focused on preventing hospital readmissions. QualificatioMalns
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with valid state licensure.
- 2+ years cardiology experience required. New graduates will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of CHF evaluation/management
- Experience with procedures such as venipuncture and IV insertion
- Excellent communication skills for triage assessments, patient education, case management coordination, and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $163,000.00 – $227,000.00 per year
