Full Job Description
LifeQuest is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing, integrated healthcare team. We combine medical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and massage therapy to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care — all under one roof.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and re-exams
- Obtain and review medical histories and diagnostic results
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Perform in-office procedures, including: Trigger point injections, Joint injections (ultrasound-guided preferred), IV therapy, Hormone therapy support and Weight management treatments.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, rehab specialists, and medical team members
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative care, and long-term wellness
Qualifications
- Active Arizona PA-C license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based care is a plus
- Injection and procedural experience preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
